Construction of a uniquely designed, state of the art, two-story 111,045 s.f. high security office building, with underground parking, a 2,500 s.f. Accessory Building and Guard Station. Design achievements were created by utilizing contemporary style of architecture with its main distinguishing feature of a curved granite wall capped at each end with glass stair towers. This example of design excellence is prominently positioned within a unique office park in the heart of Springfield, Illinois.

Technical achievements include a state of the art and highly efficient HVAC system which monitors and adjusts the individual comforts of the occupants in the building.

Extensive landscaping surrounds the monolithic structure, complimenting the appearance and providing a unique, comfortable, and environmentally responsive setting.
