Peggy Barrett is presently the Tax and Accounting Manager for Carnegie Management and Development Corporation.  She is responsible for managing the company’s accounting and collection departments.  In addition, she oversees the preparation and review of all federal, state and local tax returns. 

Prior to joining Carnegie in 2007, Peggy spent 8 ½ years working for Grant Thornton LLP, a global audit, tax and advising organization.  While at Grant Thornton, Peggy specialized in corporate and individual tax.  In her years before Grant Thornton Peggy worked extensively with small businesses managing the accounting activities with responsibilities including cash flow analysis, budgeting, financial statement preparation, employee benefits and preparation of corporate and individual tax returns. 

Peggy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York.
